BONUS: He is our new creative director!

Real quick… his very first A/B test resulted in an 85% increase in conversion by making one change because he just has The Force. We are pumped to have him on board.

Here’s the press release about it…

WebMechanix, a performance-based digital marketing firm headquartered in the Baltimore-Washington region, proudly welcomes seasoned visionary Bart Heird, as the company’s new Creative Director.

“Creative is the only thing that can single-handedly transform a good campaign into a phenomenal campaign. So, we’re super-excited to have a guy like Bart here helping us bolster our creative chops. He’s already posting wins, and he’s only been here a week,” said Chris Mechanic, CEO and co-founder of WebMechanix.

“I’m a champion of ‘what’s next’ in technology, especially as it relates to the future of digital advertising. It’s exciting to be a part of the continuing evolution of WebMechanix, where the commitment to ‘what’s next’ defines the culture,” said Heird. “I look forward to developing relevant engagements that generate success for our clients.”

Heird brings a long history of translating user experience into measurable gains. His work includes brands like USAA, MetLife, Nestle, Ford, Delta Airlines, Oscar Meyer, U.S. Marine Corps, MADD, Webster Bank, Illinois Tourism and many others. Prior to working in the world’s biggest agencies, he lived in the limelight (or maybe the shadows) as a professional sketch comedian. To top that off, Heird is also a Navy veteran.
