Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative to amplify the success of our current sales team.

To win in this role, you'll leverage our existing case studies, content, and offers to reach out to ideal prospects, generating a pipeline of high-quality digital advertising and marketing leads. You'll also qualify those leads, uncovering their biggest performance challenges, and position the rest of our sales team for success.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Field initial sales meetings to effectively qualify prospects and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain sales opportunities, deal notes, and contacts in HubSpot.
  • Learn to conduct initial audits, including PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, to provide valuable insights to prospects and prove the value of the agency.
  • Use email, phone, social media, and partners to generate qualified meetings with targeted prospects and to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop communication flows to nurture potential opportunities through the funnel from awareness to first contact.
  • Report to sales leaders progress against quarterly goals.
  • Share feedback on what’s (not) working to improve copy and conversion rates.


  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing, lead generation, B2B, or related fields (your application WILL NOT be considered without this requirement)
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, sales, or consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to confidently engage with prospects and present ideas and audit results
  • Thrive in a sales-driven environment and embrace the hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable being accountable for meeting targets, including the number of meetings scheduled and conversion rates to audits or next steps.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 plus commissions.

Based on experience, alternative titles for this position may include Business Development Representative or Account Executive.
