As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning digital assets that engage and excite our clients’ audiences. From video ads (both animated and UGC) to social media ads, banner ads, and landing pages — your designs will be a crucial element in driving business results for our clients.
But we’re not just looking for any designer - we need someone with a strong design background, a drive to learn and grow, and a willingness to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside other talented designers and copywriters, collaborating and innovating to deliver impactful performance creative.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic video editing for social media ads.
Here's what you'll do:
Execute full-cycle visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
Design ad creative for major digital ad networks (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Design and produce videos that helps drive customer engagement and conversion, including concepting and editing of UGC creative
Direct and work with talent for UGC content and voice actors
Use data-driven decisions to improve designs over time
Receive and incorporate critical feedback regarding design decisions
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and other stakeholders, including clients
Support and align with design guidelines, best practices and standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when requested
Here is what you have:
Working knowledge of creative production:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Visual Design Tools for the web (Figma)
Researching brands and products to inform creative concepting
Demonstrated proficiency in executing classic design principles
Working knowledge of digital advertising:
Platform advertising specs and best practices (e.g., for Google Display Network, Facebook ads, LinkedIn advertising, etc.)
Media platform requirements (and where to find and apply them)
Thorough knowledge of usability practices:
Other Wireframing and Visual Design Tools (Miro, Adobe XD, etc.)
User Accessibility and ADA principles
Designing and building to cross-browser compatibility
Thorough knowledge of workflow management & optimization
Excellent time management skills and strict adherence to deadlines
Operating in the best practices of our core workflow systems (eg. Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Harvest, etc.)

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000.
