Designing an Interactive Wizard to Guide Users + Deliver Leads

The team at Walnut Street Finance needed a more effective way to qualify new leads: Their current process was attracting far too many non-viable prospects, wasting the sales team’s time and money in the process. To improve the process and drive an increase in qualified new leads, our team designed and built an interactive wizard. Visitors to this wizard will be taken through a multi-step process designed to “weed out” prospects looking for non-real estate loans. Unqualified prospects will be pointed towards pertinent information, while qualified ones will be put in touch with the sales team.
