Increasing Customer Trust and Engagement with a Modular Approach

ClearOne Advantage, a financial services company, was struggling with low SEO value and a lack of organic engagement. Our research showed that customers may be distracted by an overwhelming amount of content and the site didn’t visually reflect a modern brand. After additional competitor research, we began the design process focused on ways to increase customer trust and engagement. Our modular approach to the redesign allowed for exceptional page flexibility. This helped expedite the launch of the new site as client content was created in tandem with design.

The final result of the site is a clean, well organized space — making it easier for users to find the resources they’re looking for and help instill trust in ClearOne’s brand.
