You know how to use social media to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for B2B companies. You know how to build and foster communities to evangelize a brand, create buzz and drive revenue. And you’re looking to take the next step in your marketing career by building and owning that whole stack.
Use key social media channels (like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter) to build awareness for WebMechanix and ultimately generate a qualified sales pipeline
Build net new and/or grow existing company-led communities to deepen WebMechanix’s relationship with its target market and foster evangelism/inbound leads
Set and execute the strategy for both social media and community channels.
Manage distribution of content across social media, monitor engagement, analyze data, and iterate
Reach out and engage/collaborate with industry experts and influencers to amplify social content and engage with our communities.
Identify, create and foster meaningful relationships with people and organizations in the WebMechanix ecosystem
Create and maintain intentional spaces for marketers in our community to meaningfully connect, ask questions, and share experiences
Consistently research and implement the latest techniques to drive growth for our company through organic social media and community engagement
Work closely with the business development and executive teams to drive qualified and engaged traffic, demand and pipeline
4+ years of experience using social media and building communities to drive growth for B2B brands, especially in digital marketing services or tech/SaaS
A proven track record of building awareness and driving pipeline through social media and community-led channels
Experience managing multiple social channels at once, including but not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
Capable of creating & producing content across multiple formats including text & video
Ability to perform customer research to understand a target market and create content that resonates with an ideal customer profile
Excellent copywriting skills that drive engagement across social media channels
Experience using social media management tools like HubSpot, Buffer & Hootsuite
Experience using community management tools like Slack, Mighty Networks, etc.
Experience creating and managing Customer Advisory Boards in a previous role
Current membership in top marketing communities like Pavilion, RevGenius, Peak, etc.
Prior or current SDR experience using social selling to drive qualified meetings
Experience working in or for digital marketing agencies (or a basic understanding of key concepts like PPC, conversion rate optimization, media buying, SEO, etc.)
Working knowledge of onpage SEO for optimizing website & social media content
A strong/growing personal brand on LinkedIn
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to experiment with new strategies to build community & drive results through social while meeting deadlines and delivering at a high caliber
